CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY
Service with SmartCalls follows a “gentleman’s agreement” - an arrangement or understanding based upon the trust of both or all parties, rather than being legally binding. Please read the guidelines governing our refund and cancelation policy.
Cancelation Guidelines:

Notification Requirement: If you wish to cancel your account, please notify us at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle date (the anniversary of your membership).

Deactivation: Upon cancelation, your account is deactivated but not deleted. If you choose to re-activate your membership in the future, you may be charged a reactivation fee.

Membership Renewal: Your membership renews automatically on the anniversary of your membership payment each month.

Non-Refundable Full-Year Memberships: Paid full-year standard memberships canceled before the end of the payment term will not be refunded.
Grandfathered Rate and Hold Option:

Grandfathered Rate: If you cancel and later decide to reactivate your account, you will need to resubscribe at the current rate. Your previous rate will no longer be available.

Hold Option: Instead of canceling, you can place your account on hold for a reduced rate of $50 USD per month. This allows you to maintain your grandfathered rate and avoid a re-activation fee when you resume full service.
Monthly Billing, Cancelation, and Refund Policies:

Advance Payment: SmartCalls charges and collects payment in advance for the use of the SmartCalls Dialer software service. All services rendered are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Automatic Renewal: All monthly membership dues renew automatically on the anniversary date according to the date of submission until officially canceled in writing.

Cancelation Process: Customers may cancel anytime by emailing a notice to: support@smartcallsdialer.com. Clients will receive an email from our payment processing platform (PayPal) and SmartCalls confirming their membership has been canceled. Access to your dialer website may terminate immediately or at the end of the current month of cancelation.
Important: No refunds or credits for partial months of software use will be refunded to a client upon cancelation.
Acceptance of this Cancelation Policy:
By submitting membership information and completing your payment, you indicate that you have read this cancelation policy and agree with and fully accept the terms herein. Use of the SmartCalls Dialer software or any of the included services provided by SmartCalls, LLC, indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
